The experience at Waylands Bristol was fantastic and the service provided was first class.
We ran through all the functions and specifications the car had before taking it for a test drive. I wish the test drive had been a little longer, probably because I was enjoying it so much.
Adam who sold the car was brilliant. He was open, honest and helpful throughout and when I return to the showroom a week after purchasing to pick up the car he even collected me from the train station in the pouring rain. Considering the car was already sold, this was superb service.
Since driving the car away a minor glitch has occurred but Waylands have now rectified this without any questions.
I've been very impressed.
The coffee and cake on offer at the showroom isn't bad either :-)

Waylands Bristol were 5 star because the sales consultant was clear, friendly, informative and responsive (Arry Frith). He collected me from the station. The presentation and hand over was first class. He introduced me to his boss. The dealership was spotless. Well done Waylands.
